Standard Booth rentals are $195 per week. Private Furnished Suites are $300 per week. Both include access to shared salon amenities.
Are the stations furnished?
Yes. Standard booths include a professional styling station, mirror and salon chair. Renters also receive access to shared salon amenities including the shampoo area, waiting room, Wi-Fi and refreshment station.
Is there 24/7 access?
Yes. Approved renters receive 24/7 access, allowing beauty professionals greater flexibility in managing their schedules and businesses.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 6-month and 12-month rental agreements, providing beauty professionals with stability while building their businesses at The Cocoa Beauty Bar. Move-in dates are based on current availability.
Do I need Florida licensing?
Professionals must hold any Florida license or registration required for the services they perform. Certain beauty services may be legally exempt from individual licensure under Florida law. Applicants may be asked to provide professional credentials and a complete service menu when applicable.
Can I personalize my booth?
Limited personalization may be permitted so you can make your workspace feel like your own while maintaining The Cocoa Beauty Bar’s overall professional aesthetic. Permanent alterations or installations require prior approval.
